We will try to respond to your question or request promptly. We may however, depending on the nature of the question or request, need up to 4 weeks to provide you an estimate of when we will be able to respond to you.
For a request to access your personal data, we may charge a fee in accordance with the requirements of the PDPA.
For a request to withdrawal your consent, we will upon receipt of your written request and for your request to be processed, inform you of the likely consequences of withdrawing your consent.
